Please allow at least 48hours for prescriptions to be arranged before you require medication, longer for anti-epilepsy drugs. 

Messages will normally be replied to within 1 working day, if your request is urgent please call us instead.

Acknowledgements will be sent by text when medications are ready for collection. 

Due to legilative requirements, for animals to be regarded as 'under our care', we may require a physical exam before certain medications can be authorised, we will let you know if that is the case.
