01483 276464Grant always wanted to be a vet since he was little. He worked hard and earned a pathology degree from the RVC in 2005, then his veterinary degree from Bristol University in 2007. He spent a year chasing cows and sheep around the countryside before joining Hunters Lodge and settling in to small animal work. He loves a challenge, and has done charity work in Fiji managing exotic diseases, poisonings, and trauma cases with limited drugs, and equipment. He enjoys fixing all kinds of furry friends, especially when he gets to do surgery, manage their ailing hearts, or take a peek inside with x-rays or ultrasound. He also takes care of the many pet chickens that come to the clinic. He thinks they are better than farm chickens because they often come with great names and personalities! Above all he loves to work in a place where he can provide individual care for owners and their pets helping them through thick times and thin.
